Stephen and Christine’s love story began in high

Stephen and Christine’s love story began in high school in Steveston, where they had mutual friends but didn’t really know each other. Stephen left to play hockey, and they lost touch, but when he returned, he saw Christine in a different light and asked her out, convinced they were meant to be together.

Poplar Grove Winery was the perfect choice for Stephen and Christine’s wedding, with its reputation for great food, wine, and a beautiful lake view. The outdoor patio reception sealed the deal, making it the ideal location for their sophisticated yet relaxed celebration.

They wanted to create a mini vacation atmosphere for their family members, who lived in both Canada and the USA, and wanted everyone to have the opportunity to get to know one another.
