A Romantic Wedding Inspired by the Magic of Cinema

Sam and Britt went on their first coffee date at Transcend, they laughed and talked for hours—so much that a second date followed soon. Their love story is one of connection and compatibility.

The Proposal

Sam proposed to Britt during their vacation in Kelowna while hiking up Knox Mountain. Ruby, their four-month-old, was there to witness the romantic moment at the gazebo!

The Big Day

Sam and Britt chose the Enjoy Centre for its beautiful lighting and were able to plan their wedding there in less than six months!

Sam is a huge cinephile, and his movie collection is a testament to that, so they incorporated cinema into their wedding. Each table was labelled with different titles and fun facts he made up – making it personal but also really fun! They even had their own signature cocktails – Sam went for the Old Fashioned while Britt was cooling off with a Gin and St. Germain cocktail!

Favourite Moments

The bride’s favourite moment was dancing the night away with all their favourite people! The groom’s favourite moment was recreating the Pulp Fiction dance with his wife in front of their surprised family and friends.
