Happy Valentine’s Day lovies! We’ve been hanging onto this editorial shoot for quite some time, waiting for the perfect occasion to share it with our online readers. Valentine’s couldn’t be a more perfect day to share Amina and Alex’s ten year anniversary shoot. Last Spring, Amina and Alex celebrated their ten year anniversary with their three beautiful children. We trekked the family of five out to the beautiful Town of Banff for some spectacular photos. Our team of vendors (full list below photos), created a stunning wedding setup atop Tunnel Mountain. If you tied the knot before the world of designers, blogs, instagram and pinterest – we hope this mountain anniversary shoot inspires you.
When we joined forces with Jenelle Jamani for a styled shoot and our cover, we knew the results would be pretty special. Turning a photographers studio into a wedding wonderland, this shoot included modern and boho touches that will inspire you for any type of event.
To liven up the venue, Flowers by Willows provided a plethora of beautiful blooms. The cover setup, table and bar cart all stood out thanks to pieces from Jenelle’s collection, a custom cake from Brianne Gabrielle Cakes, wedding veil, all the table accessories you can dream of from Special Event Rentals and unique pieces like the backdrop, chairs and bar cart from Neat Rentals.
With hair and makeup by Blushed Beaute, lace front wigs from veryhair, models Fereshteh and Tamer brought their real life romance to our set, leaving a little sparkle with each step in a dazzling Sarah Janks gown from Novelle Bridal and a classy menswear from Simons. All beautifully captured by Tricia Victoria Photography!

Today, we are bringing you this gorgeous rustic styled shoot. What’s absolutely not to love about these bold tones and gold accents? If you want to add something different to your wedding, playing with your colour palette is a great place to start. This particular shoot showcases a combination of dark midnight blue, shades of purple, greenery and gold accents. Rich purples and blues work especially well in fall and winter months and in evening weddings whether outdoor or ballroom wedding. We hope this shoot inspires your fall or winter wedding!
